My name is Samuel Christopher Rice. I have a degree in manufacturing engineering, and over 9 years of experience in nutrition and fitness. I grew up from a early age being a bigger kid. I thought that my size was due to mostly genetics, but the real problem was my relationship and understanding of food. When I was 20 years old and my weight was all the way the up to 320 lbs, I was at Cedar Point amusement park getting ready to ride the famous top thrill dragster and when I sat down in the seat, the park operator tried to get me strapped in multiple times and sadly I looked at him and he said “I am sorry sir but you will not be able to ride because of your size”. I was sad and also embarrassed. From that moment on I decided to make a change and I swore I would never have something like that happen again. I started to reduce the amount of food I ate and implemented walking more and hitting the gym a few times a week. I lost 20 lbs but I did not feel great and I felt like I could do things better. I started to research about nutrition and really started to optimize my training. In just 8 months my body was completely transformed. I was down to 210 lbs and I had a 6 pack. I have now combined my engineering background, nutritional knowledge, and fitness knowledge to come up with the most effective and efficient way to reach your fitness goals. I want to be a example of what is possible if you put the work in.
